I did a quick test with the Mova Z60 Ultra Roller using a small spill of mustard, and I was honestly impressed with how well it handled it. The robot cleaned the entire mess in a single pass with no visible smearing left behind. What stood out most was how clean the roller stayed during the process. Instead of just spreading dirty water around like many mop pads do, the Z60 continuously sprays fresh water onto the roller while simultaneously pulling dirty water away. This HydroForce system uses multiple nozzles to rinse the roller in real time, which keeps it clean as it mops and helps prevent cross contamination across the floor. 
Because the roller is constantly refreshed with clean water, it feels much closer to a true wet clean rather than just wiping the floor, and it shows in how easily it handled a thicker mess like mustard.
