I’ve been using the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete for a few weeks now and overall it’s been working well, especially with pet hair and mopping.
One thing I’m curious about though is the detergent and deodorizer levels in the dock. I filled both tanks when I first set it up, and after multiple cleaning runs the levels barely seem to have changed.
I know the Z60 has automatic solution dosing through the dock system, so it may just be using a very small amount each run. But visually it almost looks like it hasn’t used any at all.
For those of you who have been running the Z60 longer:
Are you seeing the detergent and deodorizer levels drop slowly or faster?
Roughly how many cleaning cycles before you noticed the level change?
Just trying to figure out if this is normal behavior or if I should check something in the settings. Curious what everyone else is seeing with their units.

Due to the extremely small amount of cleaning agent used, the liquid level may not change noticeably. You can first check if the cleaning solution is installed correctly by following these steps:
1. Open the base dust collection cover.
2. Remove the cleaning solution tank and wipe the electrode plate on the back of the tank with a dry cloth.
3. Install the cleaning solution tank into place and tighten it.
4. Install the base dust collection cover, pressing firmly on both sides to ensure it is securely installed.
5. Continue using the system for a period of time, observing whether the cleaning solution in both compartments has been completely consumed.
We also suggest that you smell the cleaning agent after cleaning the rollers, or shake the wastewater tank to see if any foam is produced.
If you cannot smell any odor or see any foam, the cleaning agent dispensing function may be malfunctioning. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can further assist you in resolving the problem! Thank you!
