[P10 Pro] Brand new and broken?

Received the P10 Pro Ultra today, and the robot refused to go onto the docking station. It backs up to it and say audible that I have to manually return it.

I've tried resetting it. Nothing has worked.

I tried testing the base station itself by manually base board clean, it went through the process but never put water in the tray or did anything else.

The only thing the base station will do is charge it. Auto empty does not work.

Any suggestions?

Since the device is brand new and you're experiencing issues such as the robot not returning to the dock, auto-emptying not working, and the base station failing to perform base cleaning, it does appear that the robot and base station are not functioning properly.

I have tried doing this, i have a ticket open on Zendesk and provided the information they have requested. But no response. I just want this to work
