Hello BQ646261, that is the roller brush cover.  It's meant to cover the roller when vacuuming carpets.  You can see how to remove, reinstall this cover here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qR4MaMv2Wc

This is the roller brush cover. You simply need to insert it from the area marked in the red box, and then push the yellow button next to it in the direction indicated by the arrow to secure it.
