I’ve been using the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Robot Vacuum and Mop for a while now, and one thing I’ve really noticed is how well it handles the transition from mopping hard floors to going over carpet. In my house I have tile that leads right into a couple of area rugs, so this was something I paid attention to right away. When the robot reaches the carpet, it automatically lifts the mop and keeps moving without dragging water onto the rug. I was honestly expecting at least a little dampness, but the carpets have stayed completely dry so far.
Another thing I like is that it doesn’t hesitate or get stuck when switching surfaces. It just rolls right onto the carpet and keeps vacuuming with strong suction. I’ve had other combo robots in the past that would either avoid the carpet entirely during mopping or struggle with the transition, so this felt like a noticeable improvement. Overall, the mop-to-carpet transition feels smooth and reliable, and it makes running one full cleaning cycle across mixed floors a lot more convenient.
