Hello,
This issue may occur when the robot returns to the base to refill water and some residual water remains around the water injection port. During operation, this leftover water can drip.
When the robot drives over obstacles or small steps, the wheels may stop rotating. In these moments, the water in the guide channel may shake and drip out instead of being immediately absorbed into the dirty water tank. This can also cause the situation you observed.
If the water continues to drip, please check whether the dirty water tank is full and also check whether the filter under the roller is clogged. |
