[Z60 Ultra Roller Complete] Upgrade! Z60 Ultra VS P10 Ultra

We’ve been using the Mova P1 ultra since November in our home. When I had the chance to test the new Z60 ultra, I thought it would be a good opportunity to compare how this more advanced model compares to one of Mova’s more budget friendly options. I knew I wanted to try a roller mop style robot vacuum because with having a dog and young children in our house, the rotating mop pads of the P1 were nice addition to vacuuming, but ultimately they did not clean the floors quite as deeply as I would’ve liked, especially as we are in mud season for the dog. Immediately I did notice that the Z60 does not seem to clean the house quite as fast as the P10 ultra, I believe the Z60 pauses and spends a little bit more time thinking of its routes and actions before executing. That being said there’s a huge improvement in the mopping function, using a roller mop style mop instead of the rotating mop pads. It’s not just the mechanical action of the roller mop that is improved, but because the Z60 collects dirty water and returns that to the docking station, more of the dirt is being extracted from your floor, instead of only what can be collected in the mop pads. Typically when emptying the dirty water from my P10 I find that it is a light gray, but the water from the Z60 is a much darker brown, almost black. Physically the form factor on these vacuums is very similar, the main body of the Z60 is slightly taller than the P10, but that is made up for by the fact that the LiDar lowers itself into the body when there is an obstacle, I do like the slightly narrower and taller docking station of the P10 a little bit better I believe that the white matte finish doesn’t quite show fingerprints as badly as the black shiny finish of the Z 60 which in my house is not worthy because I have small toddlers who lead fingerprints on everything that being said the function and maintenance of both docking stations is very similar. Overall, I love our Mova P10 ultra. We will be keeping it and moving it to the upper level of our home to keep our bedrooms and bathrooms clean but definitely will be keeping the Z60 on the main floor of the house to tackle the heavy duty workload that is involved in keeping our kitchen and living room floors clean on a daily basis.
