Because we have three dogs, a consistent issue we had with our previous robotic vacuums was hair winding itself inside the roller brush ends. If I wasn't vigilant about checking and removing the hair clogs - usually weekly - the vacuum performance was compromised.
I was pleased to learn about the Mova Z60 Ultra Roller's anti-tangle design, and I was eager to put it to the test. First of all, the Mova's brush design does definitely seem to prevent tangling around the brush roll ends like my Roborocks and Roombas did. As you can see in one of the attached photos, after three weeks of use, there was minimal hair around the end of the brush roller, which was easily removed. However, one thing it has started doing is periodically belching out tangled masses of carpet fiber and golden retriever hair, as shown in the second photo. I am not sure what I could do to prevent that, and I am not sure why the vacuum doesn't suck it up rather than leaving it deposited on the carpet. I am wondering if any other owners have experienced this. Although I am loving the Z60 Ultra Roller Complete, I have to say the anti-tangle promise has left me with definite mixed feelings thus far.
