There’s water under my machine. What’s causing this & what do I do?

Under the dock or under the robot itself? While mopping or while not in use?

Hello,

did the robot drip water onto the floor during operation? Was the water leakage significant?

Could you please upload a picture to help us determine the cause of the issue?

Mine has a similar issue, the dirty water pump never comes on to pump out the wash station and it overflows after repeating the wash cycle.

My mova also leaks water inside the unit where the plate is for the sponge
