Just Dies

My p50 ultra pro just dies in the middle of the floor.  When I arrive home from work I find it dead in a different locations each day. I cannot figure out the issue.  I am asking for someone to provide a few ideas as to what might be causing this.  I have tried everything I can think of other than a factory reset.

the reason why the robot is running out of power and shutting down in different locations may be due to an unstable network connection, which causes the robot to lose its positioning and prevents it from returning to the base station. We recommend moving the base station to an area with a more stable network signal to see if this improves the situation.

In addition, please make sure the robot’s path is not too narrow and that there are no obstacles blocking its way, otherwise it may be unable to return to the base properly.

If the issue persists, you can also try recreating the map to see whether this resolves the problem.
