This unit was provided for testing and review. The experience below is based on real maintenance after about one month of regular use.

Introduction
After about a month of use, I decided it was time to go through a full maintenance check on the Z60. I had only been doing basic upkeep like emptying dirty water and refilling clean water, so this was my first time going through the full list in the manual.

At first glance, the maintenance list looks long and a bit intimidating, so I wanted to see how involved it actually is in real use.

What the Product Claims
The Z60 is designed to be mostly hands-off, with routine maintenance required to maintain consistent performance. The system includes self-cleaning features, but still requires periodic cleaning of brushes, filters, sensors, and water components.

How I Tested It
This was a full maintenance session following the manual guidelines after about one month of use.

• Regular use in a home with pets
• Vacuuming and mopping cycles throughout the month
• First full maintenance check beyond basic tank emptying

Results and Experience
I went through the maintenance items in roughly the same order listed in the manual to get a realistic feel for the process.

The washboard in the base was one of the dirtiest parts. I removed it, rinsed and scrubbed it, and put it back. That took about two minutes.

I checked the dust bag next. It was about half full, so I left it in place. While I had it open, I wiped the area behind it and checked the solution tank levels. Everything was still pretty clean, and this step only took about thirty seconds.

The side brush looked fine at first, but after removing it, I found a good amount of hair underneath. That cleanup took about a minute and a half.

The main brush was not too bad overall, but I did find leftover coffee grounds from an earlier test. Removing and cleaning this took longer than expected, mostly because it was a bit difficult to release the first time. This step took close to ten minutes, but I expect it will be much quicker going forward, probably closer to 1-2 minutes.

The dust box and filter were easy to clean. I rinsed both, dried the dust box thoroughly, and swapped in a spare filter while the original dried. The dust box was empty, which confirmed that the auto-empty system is working properly. This step took about three minutes.

The used water box needed more attention. A simple rinse was not enough, so I cleaned it with soap. It was fairly dirty, so this might be something worth checking more often. This took about a minute.

The roller mop itself needed cleaning as well. It did not smell great, so I washed it with soap and water and set it aside to dry. The area underneath had some dirt buildup, and the fluffing roller had hair wrapped around it, which I removed. This part took about five minutes.

The omnidirectional wheel came out easily once I figured it out, even though I was a bit cautious at first. Cleaning it took about thirty seconds.

For the final step, I wiped down all sensors, the bumper, charging contacts, and the base station contact points with a dry cloth. That took about a minute.

Pros
• Most maintenance tasks are quick and straightforward
• Auto-empty system is working as expected
• Hair removal is easier than on other robot vacuums
• Extra filters included make rotation easy
• No strong odor buildup so far

Cons
• Maintenance list looks overwhelming at first
• Main brush removal can be tricky the first time
• The used water box can get dirty quickly if not cleaned regularly
• More maintenance steps compared to basic robot vacuums

Price and Value (considering Maintenance factors on the MOVA Z60)
Even though there are more maintenance steps compared to simpler robots, the total time spent was about 16.5 minutes. Considering how much time the robot saves on vacuuming and mopping, that feels reasonable.

Compared to my other robots, the process was actually easier in some ways, especially when it came to removing hair and buildup. I did not need scissors to deal with tangled debris, which is a big improvement.

Overall, the maintenance process was more manageable than expected. It looks like a lot on paper, but in practice, it is quick once you go through it step by step. For a system that handles both vacuuming and mopping at this level, the upkeep so far feels fair.
