Hey y’all. Today I wanted to showcase how the Z60 Ultra tackles a spot in my living room that other robot vacuums have struggled with. Smack dab in the center of the room is a small table with a shelf underneath it for storage. My previous robot vacuum wasn’t able to traverse underneath the table, so every once in a while I’d have to bring out the heavy upright vacuum myself to deal with all the dust that had built up under the table.
With the Z60 Ultra, I no longer have to do that! When it’s cleaning the living room, it will first handle the open space, traversing around the table and using its extended side brush to sweep around the table legs. Then it returns, retracts its LIDAR turret and proceeds to clean under the table. This gives me full coverage of my living room floor.
Another huge plus with the Z60 Ultra is its AutoShield Tech, which sheathes the wet mop roller automatically when the robot detects carpet. My previous robot vacuum would simply lift its rotary mop pads a few millimeters to avoid carpet and, while that wasn’t a big issue with my low pile rug, if you have high to medium pile carpet there was a decent chance it would get wet. With the AutoShield, the Z60 Ultra can seamlessly transition from mopping to vacuuming carpet in a single run, with no risk of a soggy carpet!
