Support of High Pile Carpet

While my robot can vacuum on high pile carpet, the path it takes is strange.  It is not a straight line.  Is it expected?

Hello, the robot does not support cleaning carpets thicker than 2 cm. You can try turning on the "Lift mop onto carpet" function in the carpet settings to see if that helps.
