I've filled both tanks with their respective detergents but the unit keeps telling me to add detergent to Tank A. I've repeatedly checked the level and the tanks are still full. The options to use detergent is appropriately set in the cleaning tasks.
I always feel like my vacuum never uses the detergent because it seems as full as the day I filled it! Maybe it uses very little though - or at least that’s what I keep telling myself.
My guess is that your detergent container isn’t fully pushed in or not hitting the sensor correctly. Try making sure that it’s actually seated in the unit properly. Give it a good push!
Set both to On and A as standard and B based on what you have. Gone through two bottles of Solution A. See Image for setup.

Those robots use literally minimal detergent, if you use it every single day for mopping you’ll notice a difference after more than a month. There’s no way you’ll notice a change if you check every day.
I appreciate the responses, but all suggested steps were previously attempted. Just to be sure I did check again before cleaning yesterday to no avail. I also looked to see if the contact points in the dock were out of place but all seemed fine.
Still received a message to "Please add detergent" and no detergent in the wastewater bin.
