We recommend that you follow the steps below to resolve the connection issue:
* Please check whether the robot is powered off. If it is, press and hold the power button to turn it on, then reconfigure the network (tap “+ Add device”).
* Open the robot’s cover and check the status of the Wi‑Fi indicator light during network configuration. A solid blue Wi‑Fi indicator means the connection is successful.
* If the Wi‑Fi indicator is solid blue but the app shows the robot as offline, please try reconfiguring the network again (tap “+ Add device”). Please note that resetting the robot will also reset the map and other settings.
* If the Wi‑Fi indicator is blinking, please check whether the network signal is weak. If Wi‑Fi coverage is insufficient, the robot may go offline during cleaning. If the device still cannot connect, try turning the router off and then back on, and refresh the app to check whether the robot comes online.
* Try creating a mobile hotspot using one phone, then use another phone to connect to that hotspot and connect the robot, to verify whether the Wi‑Fi connection can be established successfully.
* Log in to your router settings, go to “Wireless”, then “Wireless MAC Address Filtering”, and check whether access restrictions or MAC filtering are enabled. If any such features are enabled, please disable them and try again.
If the device still cannot connect to the hotspot after completing the above steps, we recommend contacting our customer service for further assistance.
