Paying for Get and Create even, not receiving any confirmation

Hi,

I got the e-mail saying I can join the Get and Create program (screenshot attached).

I'm going to the link and putting in my credit card information but no confirmation appears. After the payment is processed I'm brought back to the Mova website. How do I know that it was successful?

Hi, I had issues with that also.  I reached out to customer service and they were able to confirm once it did process.   It did take me a few tries and a couple days before I was able to get the payment to go through.  I was using Apple Pay, which they have some issues with.  I had to try a couple different credit cards before one officially went through.  Not sure why

Check with customer service, they can confirm if they have the payment information.  Hope that helps

Don’t use Apple pay, use a credit card. There won’t be a confirmation, soon you’ll receive an email that the order was placed and ready to be shipped.
