[Z60 Ultra Complete] Reaching out to customer service.

I have messaged support@mova-tech.com multiple times over the past month and have had no luck on getting a response. In the past there has been a 1-11/2 week delay in messages but never this long… or is there another form of communication I could contact someone or even by phone to get my issue resolved in a timely matter.

Weird i always have gotten a response from mova maybe try using the headphone icon in the mova app to contact them
