Floor cleaner not dispensing when mopping

The floor cleaner level is not going down. I’ve mopped my floor five or six times, and none of the cleaner has dispensed. Please help!!

When the mop is being cleaned, the detergent is automatically added into the pipeline and mixed with water. The amount of detergent used is relatively small.

Please check whether the auto detergent dispensing feature is enabled. If it’s not, make sure to turn it on before starting the mop pad cleaning. After the cleaning is complete, shake the dirty water tank and check if there is foam inside. If you see foam, it means the base has successfully dispensed detergent automatically.
