Wood floor cleaning solution not being used

Purchased Mobius60 approx 2 months ago. So far it's done great. It came with two cleaning solutions, one floor cleaning detergent (tank A) and a wood floor cleaning solution (tank B). I recently checked these tanks to see how much has been used and noticed that the wood floor solution is still full, whole the other one is approx half. My settings are set up properly, with the settings for the machine to use the wood floor cleaning solution turned on, see attached screenshot. Could you please help me troubleshoot my robot so it starts using the wood floor cleaning solution? Thank you.

When using the cleaning solution, approximately 1.33 ml is consumed during the first cleaning, and about 0.67 ml during the second. After 100 mop pad cleanings, around one-third of the cleaning solution tank will be used. Therefore, the consumption may not be visually noticeable.

We recommend enabling only the wood floor cleaning solution dispensing switch. After the robot finishes cleaning the mop, shake the dirty water tank to see if foam appears. If you see foam, it indicates that the base has automatically added the cleaning solution.
