[1000 Lawn Mower] Training and Map making

Good day!  

When mapping the yard and defining the boundary there are options for “crossing” and “follow” can somebody define the difference in how the mower will act?

My experience so far has been that the AI-defined boundary is resistant to getting next to fences, etc while training. My assumption was it was driving the border but would be more detailed in trimming, but it seems to define the boundary by where it actually drives.

I believe I had it in “follow” mode when training.
