Mova Z60 - Mopping with MaxiReach mop

Update on our previous review. We originally received the Mova Z60 and had problems with the mopping leaving puddles of water and leaving water streaks. When we reached out to after sales support, we were originally ignored and received no response. Eventually after reaching out to support, they went through all the troubleshooting steps with us and determined that we had a faulty robot vacuum. After returning the faulty robot vacuum and getting the new one, here is our updated review.

The mopping on the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller is actually what made me like it more than I expected. The MaxiReach roller mop feels very different from the usual robot vacuums that just drag a wet pad around. This one is constantly cleaning the roller as it goes, so it doesn’t feel like it’s just pushing dirty water across your floors.
What I really noticed is how it gets right up along the edges. Normally, you still have to go back and mop along the walls yourself, but the MaxiReach feature extends out and actually cleans those spots. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in how clean everything looks afterward.
It also handles real messes better than I thought it would. Things like dried spots in the kitchen or footprints actually come up without me having to go over it again. Overall, it just feels closer to a real mop than what you usually get with robot vacuums.

Customer service support was great and responded quickly and we received the replacement vacuum only a few days after the faulty one was returned. Highly recommend the Mova Z60 along with the great customer support we received!
