Had a pretty cool moment with the MOVA V50 Ultra that I did not expect.
I got a notification that the wheels were suspended and the robot might be stuck. Normally that means the cleaning run is over until I get home and go find it.
But this time, I opened the app while I was at work, pulled up the camera view, and used the remote controls to manually rotate the V50, turn it around, and get it unstuck…all from my phone!!! And then it just kept going like nothing happened and finished the job. Being able to fix a problem remotely and then have a clear explanation of what happened, all in one place, is just smart design.
That alone was impressive, but on the error page when I clicked into “More Issue Details,” the help page popped up with a full breakdown of the problem and how to fix it. There is a whole section built in with common issues, explanations, and step-by-step guidance. What a life-saver!
It is one of those things you do not think about until you need it, but having that kind of support built directly into the app is huge.
It is small details like this that really start to separate these systems when you are trying to decide what to buy!
