First run with the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete, and since we haven’t moved in yet, this is actually a perfect chance to test how it maps an open space from scratch. We named it Frodo, so this is its first “mission” in the new house.
It started by scanning the layout and moving through the home, gradually building a map as it went. I was curious how quickly it would figure out boundaries like walls, corners, and changes between areas. Even without furniture, it gave a good sense of how it navigates and organizes its path across the space.
I’ll be testing this more once furniture is in place to see how it handles obstacles and tighter spaces, but this was a solid first impression for mapping and initial navigation.
After the scanning, the map it generated gave a clear layout of the space and different areas it identified with minimal editing.
