Regarding the automatic dust emptying issue you mentioned, please check the following points:
Correct InstallationAfter emptying the dust box, please make sure the dust box cover is properly closed and the dust bag is installed correctly.
Check the Dust BagIf the dust bag is full, please replace it with a new one before the dust emptying process.
Check Air Duct InterfaceEnsure the dust suction interfaces on the robot, dust box and charging base are not blocked. Please clean these interfaces before trying again.
App SettingsPlease confirm the dust emptying function is enabled in the App. If the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on, it will block the automatic dust emptying. Please disable or adjust the Do Not Disturb schedule.
Clean Electrical ContactsCheck if the charging electrode area is dirty. If yes, please wipe it clean with a dry tissue.
Adjust Emptying FrequencyIf there is much dust at home, you can set the robot to a more frequent automatic dust emptying mode in the App.
