One thing I’ve been curious about while using the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete is how much of a difference consistent daily vacuuming actually makes over time, especially with dog hair in the house. For this test, I compared the carpet in our normal living area that has been cleaned regularly by the V50 Ultra Complete with the area underneath the couch that honestly had not been vacuumed in far too long.
For the section underneath the couch, I set the V50 Ultra Complete to its max suction setting to see how much it could pull from the carpet in a single pass. The difference was pretty noticeable. In the main area, the carpet looked cleaner and more lifted overall, and there was much less dog hair worked down into the fibers. Under the couch was a completely different story. Hair, dust, and debris had collected deep within the carpet over time and were much more obvious once I pulled everything out to compare the two areas side by side.
While it did not remove every bit of hair in one run, it still pulled up a significant amount for a single pass through an area that had been neglected for a long time. Based on the results after just one cycle, I think a few more runs would likely get it much closer to the condition of the rest of the carpet that has been cleaned consistently.
