Not Connected In App for Shortcut cleaning or battery %

Device just finished a cleaning and when it returned to the doc it said the vacuum bag needed to be replaced. I have since replaced the bag but now when I open the app its showing the device as offline, wont give me a battery percentage and the custom shortcut list is gone. I can still enter the device and hit a global cleaning and it will run. But why wont it show its battery percentage and the short cut list? I dont want to go through the remapping and creation of custom cleanings again if not needed.
