5,995 Points Removed From My Account

Hi MOVA team,

I’m requesting that the 5,995 points deducted from my account on May 11, 2026 under “Points deducted by points import” be reviewed and restored.

This was a very large deduction, and it significantly affected the balance I have been building up over time through legitimate orders, reviews, and participation. I’ve been saving these points toward higher-value MOVA products, so seeing nearly 6,000 points removed without any clear explanation is very frustrating.

I understand adjustments may sometimes happen in the system, but if this was not tied to a clearly communicated correction, I would appreciate having these points credited back to my account.

Please review the deduction and help restore the removed points if this was made in error.

This is interesting! I went to check mine to make sure they were there and they are. I redeemed 2,000 welcome points 6 months ago to utilize and then realized that it couldn’t be combined with my veteran discount 🙁 so those 2,000 points went to waste! Be careful if trying to combine coupons when ordering!

I just bought V10 for the pool. Contemplated a lot to use points and then decided to save them for X10 or Lidax3K. Don't know why my 6K got removed. I emailed support. Hopefully I can get them back.

Thanks for the explanation — the BNPL deduction part now makes sense. I’m still waiting on the 3,000 Easter Challenge participation credits and have reached out to support for review.
