Blue pad?

Our unit mops only with wood floor pad, we have only wood floors.  However in initial setup and first few runs we were using the blue, until we switched to correct selection.   But each time our scheduled clean starts it installs the blue. Cleans it. Then switches to wood pads. But never runs with blue. Of course it ends up drying the blue at the end too.  I have more than triple checked, none of the floors call for blue and watched each room and blue is never used(wood floor cleaner is enabled also). How do we clear this blue pad cleaning from every start up?

Hello user, you can customize the floor material directly in the map editor. Set the floor material to wood flooring, and then under "Automatic Mop Switching" in the settings page, set the mop type for each area. Hope this helps.

Both are already done. To be clear. The unit only uses the yellow plush mop pads. However every cycle of the schedule the unit swaps to the blue pads and washes and drys them, but never uses them. How do I get rid of the obsolete command.

we fully understand your frustration. Here are two simple steps to resolve the issue:
First, turn off the "Auto Mop Pad Switch" featureGo to the settings in your app and disable the "Auto Mop Pad Switch" option. Once this is off, the robot will only use the mop pad currently installed and won’t switch to other types automatically.
Check the mop pad type for every roomNavigate to the "Mop Pad/Cleaning Order" settings and verify each room on your map. Make sure all areas are set to the "Wooden Floor Mop Pad" type, with no other mop pad settings left in place.
