Please ensure that the base station is properly powered on to prevent the robot from losing its position and failing to return to the base.
Also, check whether the “Resume Cleaning Mode” is enabled. If not, please turn on this feature.
During cleaning, make sure the robot starts from the base station, and verify that the LDS laser sensor on top of the robot is rotating normally.
The base station should be placed against a wall. We recommend placing it in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front and 0.5 meters on both sides. Keep it away from signal interference sources such as routers and TVs, and avoid placing it directly opposite reflective surfaces like mirrors or windows.
If all the above conditions have been checked and the issue persists, please open the robot’s top cover and press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reboot the robot. Then move the base station to a more open area and try again.
