[P10 Pro Ultra] Fresh water leaking from bottom / internally

Hello, we have a mova p10 pro ultra that has been working great for a few months.

Yesterday we noticed a big puddle of water under it,  we dried it up and re tested today using the tray cleaning function for a test.

When the fresh water was supposed to be coming in, the pump was running,  but the water didn't deposit into the tray but instead began leaking from underneath and from internally.

It only leaks when the fresh water pump is running.

Anyone else experienced this?

Since the leak only starts when the fresh water pump activates, I'd check that the clean water tank is fully seated and inspect the tank connection area for any debris or damage. If the dock isn't delivering water to the wash tray at all and it's instead leaking internally, there could be a loose hose, fitting, or other issue somewhere along the clean water path inside the base station.

I'd still remove and inspect the wash tray to make sure there isn't a blockage preventing water from reaching it, but given that the water is leaking from underneath the dock, this feels more like a clean water delivery issue than a wastewater tank issue.

If you're still seeing the same behavior after checking those items, I'd recommend contacting MOVA support at support@mova-tech.com. They may have additional troubleshooting steps or be able to determine if the dock requires service.
Hello, regarding the base station water leakage issue. The abnormal water level in the wash tray is closely related to the sealing of the dirty water tank. We recommend following the steps below to ensure proper sealing when extracting dirty water:

Remove the wash tray, check whether the dirty water drain port is blocked and clean it promptly. Also, wipe the wash tray overflow sensor.

Open the dirty water tank lid, check whether the rubber seal on the lid is loose or deformed. Be sure to manually reposition it if necessary and wipe it clean with a cloth.

After emptying the dirty water, ensure the tank clips are properly fastened.

After placing the dirty water tank back into the base station, press down gently to ensure it is properly seated.

Also make sure the wash tray is installed correctly, as improper installation may also cause leakage.

If the issue persists, please contact MOVA customer support: support@mova-tech.com
