Hello there,
Sorry for the trouble you're having with your P10 Pro Ultra.
Let me explain how it normally works:
First, the normal behavior is:
When the battery drops below 15%, the robot will automatically go back to the charging base. Once it has enough charge to finish cleaning the remaining area, it will head back out and continue where it left off (that's the "pause and resume" feature). So if you see it leaving the base before hitting 100%, that's usually not a problem.
Just a heads up: You'll need to turn on "pause and resume" in the app first. If there's still a large area left to clean, it will charge up to 100% before heading out.
If your issue is that the robot suddenly stops cleaning while it still has battery left and won't return to the base, here's what you can check:
Make sure the charging base is plugged in properly and has power.
Place the robot about 1–2 meters in front of the base and press the return button:
If it still won't go back, it may need to be sent in for inspection.
If it does go back, double-check the area around the base:
The base should be against a wall, with at least 5 cm of space on both sides and 1.5 meters of clear space in front.
Keep it away from routers or TVs — they can cause signal interference.
Avoid placing mirrors, windows, or other reflective surfaces directly in front of the base.
Make sure the robot starts cleaning from the base, and check that the LDS laser sensor on top is spinning properly.
Check if the wheels are slipping or getting stuck while it's running.
If everything above looks fine, try restarting the robot and run a new cleaning cycle.
If you've moved the charging base to a new spot, place the robot back onto the base and start cleaning from there.
If a restart doesn't help, try resetting the robot, move the base to a more open area, and test it again.
