since a floor-to-ceiling mirror is a highly reflective material, the robot's line laser sensor can be misinterpreted by the reflection. As a result, the robot mistakenly recognizes the area visible in the mirror as another room.
To ensure proper functioning, we recommend that you cover the bottom of the mirror by at least 26 cm so that the reflection does not affect the device.
Since transparent walls or mirrors can cause map shifts or non-existent areas on the map, you can add virtual walls in the app to delimit the "virtual space" created by the reflection to ensure a normal cleaning process. |
