[Z60 Ultra Roller Complete] Great when it works! Not so when it doesn’t!

I received the robot through a promo that was running and initially I was excited to get an upgraded robot from my P50 ultra but little did I know what would come. Within the first month of having the Z60, I had to return it for a new one due to an error with the robot pushing up the circular head prematurely but thankfully mova support was there to assist instantly. Then a month and a half later, the robot roller stopped spinning. Now I had to contact support once more for a return and replacement. All while my P50 works perfectly every night doing the exact same functionality (although not having AI). I just think the robot has some problems and need to be tested more. In addition, the robot uses more power due to its AI capabilities therefore on the deep clean setting, it needs to charge before completing the task whereas the P50 does not.

Yes, they provided me with a return label for the robot of which I will be doing shortly.
