Mova Lidax 2000 - Checkerboard Pattern

Hi!
Still in love with my 2000 about 60 days in...been running Trixie often, and she has been more than awesome....have a question about the "preset" pattern selection...has anyone used the "checkerboard?"  Does the 2000 do alternating "swipes" or is it a "double" mow? (does the map in one direction, then does the whole map again in the opposite direction?)  If it's the later, that will increase mow time + charging time correct?  I'm dodging thunderstorms this time of year in my area...

Hello, thank you very much for loving the Lidax Ultra 2000 mower. I will explain the operation logic of the checkerboard pattern and rain-related functions for you:
1.Operation Logic of Checkerboard Pattern
The mower cuts grass in the direction of your preset angle in one single task. When running the next independent mowing task, it will automatically rotate its traveling angle by 90 degrees to form cross checkerboard cutting lines.
This mode will NOT mow the entire lawn twice in opposite directions within one single task. The angle adjustment only applies between two separate tasks. For instance, if you set the base angle to 30°, the mower works along 30° for the current task, and it will operate at 120° (30°+90°) in the next task.
2.Tips for Thunderstorm Weather
You can turn on the rain protection function of the device. The mower will automatically return to the charging station once rainfall is detected. You can also set a delay time; after waiting for the preset period once the rain stops, the mower will resume the unfinished mowing task interrupted by rain.

Dear Mova Support US - Thank you for your reply - I finally did see what the checkerboard function does specifically as you state below in the app - I am still having issues (my issues) with being able to see the info in the app due to the tiny font and light font color against the light background in the app.  I have stated this before - however, I do appreciate your response.  Regarding the rain protection/option - I do not and have not had issues with that - I understand how and why this option works I was trying to explain the reasoning behind my question regarding the checkerboard pattern...I know I CAN mow in the rain with the rain protection off - I simply choose not to remove the rain protection because it's bad for the grass in my area.  Again, I appreciate your prompt responses.
