[P10 Pro Ultra] P10 pro ultra no longer cleans all the areas

It often starts and heads in the opposite direction of the first area to clean (it’s actually 2 feet from the first area…) and goes to the furthest point from where it should clean, spins a bit goes back towards the base, through the area it should clean and cleans the fourth area instead.
Often it cleans the first area and doesn’t even try the 2nd & 3rd area at all. It almost always skips the last two rooms and half of the hallway(though it certainly has gone down it trying to find the first cleaning area…so it’s not blocked/thinks it’s blocked…) then it gives up.

Today.  Cleaned the first area. Then said cleaning completed went back to base to charge.

I’m trying to figure out how to redo the map in hopes that resets things, but it’s lost its mind as far as I can tell.

Usually if I send it to clean a single room it does do that correctly. Usually but not always.

Good morning. Please make sure all your rooms are on the same single floor. Also check your cleaning sequence settings and confirm that your robot’s firmware is updated to the latest version.Then,you can check according to the following.
1. You can check to confirm whether the drive wheel is winding foreign objects.
2. Confirm whether the LDS of the robot is rotating normally, please try to touch the upper cover of the LDS sensor lightly to check whether the rebound is normal.
3. Please check whether there are foreign objects or hair in the rotating part of the LDS, resulting in poor rotation or stopping, if you try to remove.
4. Please confirm whether there is uneven or cocked sticker or larger object on the machine surface.
5. Please try to tap the impact plate, to confirm that the impact plate in a rebound state.
6. Please wipe the line laser sensor and AI identification sensor to ensure that no fingerprints or dust.
7. Please try to restart the robot, if it still does not work please contact Mova support team.
