Mova is lost

Mova can’t seem to find her way back to the docking station. I put her there and tell it to resume charging, but she immediately in-docks and roams around the house.

Hello,

We recommend checking the charging contacts on the robot for any dust or debris. If the contacts are dirty, the robot may fail to charge properly and leave the dock in search of another power source.

Please try wiping the charging contacts on both the robot and the base station with a clean cloth. Then manually dock the robot again and observe whether the issue persists.

I had this exact problem and did not realize the base station was off.  Make sure it is on with the light on the top on
