[V50 Ultra Complete] Replacement v50 dock filled with dirt and broken

Does anyone know if there’s any way to escalate something to get resolved? I’ve been waiting a month to get my v50 replaced and what I got back was a dock that doesnt charge my robot so couldn’t be used at all and was filled with dirt even though it’s supposed to be new. I went through the normal support channels and this is what I got back after a month of troubleshooting and dealing with shipping both ways. Really don’t want to have to go another month of waiting to maybe end up in the same position
