Insufficient Water

So.....This is my second V50 as the 1st one was defective. Have been using this unit about a month now and love everything about it...EXCEPT...mopping!! It starts the task very well, however, it runs out of water at about 100 ft completed. I have the wetness level on 26 and the mop washing frequency on 14--if I set this any lower, it leaves droplets in many places. I really want to like this unit and feel it should perform better at this price point!! I feel like I just threw a lot of money to the wind😭😭. Any suggestions?

Please go to the Cleaning Settings page on the robot's homepage and set the mop dampness level to low. You can also adjust the water output. If the issue still cannot be resolved, you can contact our after-sales support for further assistance.Email: support@mova-tech.com
