To resolve the issues like getting lost, wrong room cleaning and non-existent virtual areas beyond walls, please follow these steps:
1.Ensure the robot has sufficient power, and wipe the top LiDAR to remove dust or obstructions.
2.Delete all existing maps and clear map cache in the App, then perform a full re-mapping of your house. Keep doors closed and tidy up scattered objects during mapping to avoid recognition errors.
3.Divide rooms and set no-go zones after remapping. Avoid restoring old maps repeatedly as they may conflict with the new firmware.
4.If the problem persists after remapping, please provide your robot SN and share your device to our account WN152837. Our technical team will remotely check your device logs to fix the firmware compatibility issue. |
