[P10 Pro Ultra] P10 Pro Ultra Gen 2 - Rides the quarter round molding and doesn't make good connection with floor

Is there a way to correct this?  The Mova hits and rides the white quarter round molding at the baseboard so it doesn't make a good connection with the floor to clean it.  It will hit the floor on the second pass, but it still leaves a couple inches untouched from the first pass.

Hi there, I totally understand your frustration with the incomplete mopping marks along the wall.
As we can see from the photo, your curved baseboard sticks out a little. When the robot drives onto it, its body gets lifted up, so the mop pad can’t fully touch the floor close to the wall. Unfortunately, this physical limitation can’t be fully eliminated completely. Here are two solutions you can try:
Draw a virtual wall line along the baseboard. This will keep the robot away from the curved trim and stop it from climbing up.
Turn on the "Gentle Bump Mode" in the app. The robot will keep a small distance from walls to avoid riding up the raised edge.
Please note both methods will leave a tiny uncleaned strip next to the wall. Also, we don’t have special accessories designed to fix this specific issue at present. You may test the above settings first to see if it works for your cleaning needs.
