First, double-check your floor material recognition. Navigate to Map Edit > Zone Edit to adjust the floor type for the relevant areas if it’s set incorrectly.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please go through these extra checks:
Inspect the rotating rollers on the washing tray for tangles or jams; remove and thoroughly clean them if needed.
Manually run a dock base plate cleaning cycle via the MovaHome app: Go to your device page, tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner to open Dock Settings, then select Manual Dock Base Cleaning.
Confirm the squeegee arm on the washing tray is mounted in the correct orientation.
