Mova N1 Dead on Arrival

Received the Mova N1 window, cleaning robot, and it was dead on arrival. The unit won’t start, either by pressing the power on button, or the remote. Still waiting to hear back from Support.  

Hello, please follow the steps below to operate the device:
Make sure the power cord is properly connected to a stable power supply.
Soak the window cleaning cloth and wring it out thoroughly, then attach it flat to the bottom of the machine. Pay attention to the track position and do not cover the tracks or spherical sensor.
Open the water tank cover at the bottom of the unit and pour in the dedicated cleaning solution. If you do not have the dedicated solution, purified water can be used temporarily instead.
Secure the safety rope tightly to a railing. If there is no railing, fasten it to a stable object weighing at least 8 kg.
Hold the handle firmly and long-press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the fan. Do not let go until the machine is firmly attached to the glass, then it will start cleaning automatically.
Once cleaning is finished, the machine will return to the starting point and voice prompt "Cleaning completed". Hold the handle tight, long-press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the fan, then remove the machine.
You may connect the APP in advance to control all functions via the APP or remote control.
If the machine still fails to power on after following all the above steps, please provide the device SN and upload the error log. Our technical team will remotely inspect your device to identify the issue.

Go to the device homepage and tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner;
Scroll down the page and open the option "Send Feedback";
Tap "Got it" in the pop-up window, then select "Report Logs";
Select the faulty device and tap "Report Logs" at the bottom to finish uploading the log.
