[P10 Pro Ultra] Soap Dispenser

My floor soap dispenser doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked since I bought the P10 Ultra. I tried the reboot like was suggested and it still doesn’t work. The dispenser is full but every time it runs it still says to add soap. It still mops but only with water. Any ideas?

If you're concerned that detergent isn't being dispensed, here are a few steps to check:

Confirm that the base station’s front cover is fully closed. This ensures the detergent cartridge seats correctly.


Inspect the detergent tank. Remove the tank and check that the pump contacts and pump outlet are clean. If necessary, gently wipe them with a dry cloth. Reinstall the tank firmly so it is fully seated at the bottom of the base station.


Verify the detergent settings in the MOVA app. Check your dosage/concentration setting (see attached photo). Adjust the setting higher if you want the robot to use more cleaning solution.


Check for foam in the dirty water tank. After a mopping cycle, gently shake the dirty water tank. If you see foam, that’s a good sign the detergent is being dispensed.


If, after several mopping cycles, the detergent level hasn’t changed at all, even after confirming the steps above, contact MOVA Support and provide your robot’s serial number for further assistance. They can determine if there’s an issue with the detergent dispensing system.

Good morning. Please troubleshoot by following the steps below:
Take out the automatic detergent container and confirm there is sufficient detergent inside.
Check if the device firmware is the latest version; update it if not.
Confirm that the "Automatic Detergent Dispensing" function is enabled in the supporting app. When this function is turned on, the base station will automatically dispense detergent while cleaning the mop. If the automatic detergent container is empty, the app will pop up a prompt saying "Please add detergent".
If the automatic liquid supply function is enabled but the device keeps indicating low liquid level, please check as follows:
Fill the automatic detergent container completely with detergent;
Gently press the detergent reservoir to ensure it is properly installed and firmly clipped in place.
