Ultratrim 1.0 scalping neighbors yard

My Lidax 2000 ultra does a nice job along the driveway and road trimming the grass down tighly, but the problem is that there are two other perimeter boundaries. Those boundaries are with my neighbors yards and the machine scalps the grass there, making my neighbors less than happy. Is there any way to use ultra trim 1.0 for part of the perimeter like the driveway, but turning it off on the border with my neighbors yard? I thought of making a separate Zone but whatever Zone I would choose will have other boundaries somewhere and those will get scalped.

You can set up different zones with customized mowing. As you stated, the problem is you are going to get a full scalped perimeter cut for that zone as you can't just highlight which edge of a zone you want to use UltraTrim on. I would just turn it off for now. They are aware of the complaints.

We suggest you temporarily disable this edging function for the boundary adjacent to your neighbor’s lawn, and use custom cutting mode or spot mowing mode to maintain this area to prevent over-trimming.
