Please make sure the base station is placed correctly. You can refer to the following guidelines:
The base station should be placed against a wall. We recommend placing it in a relatively open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front of the base and 0.5 meters on both sides. Keep it away from sources of signal interference such as routers and televisions, and avoid reflective surfaces like mirrors or windows directly in front of it.
You can also check whether the LDS laser sensor on top of the robot is rotating properly.
Additionally, check whether the robot's main wheels are slipping or getting stuck.
If all the above possible causes have been ruled out, please open the robot’s top cover, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to restart the robot. Then move the base to an open area and try again.
