Never finishes mapping a second floor.

When I try to add a second floor and do fast mapping,the robot maps the whole floor and has all solid edges in the map, but then keeps going around the floor and never ends. The picture of the map is complete, but it just keeps going around the same area forever.  Anything I try just cancels the task and does not save the map.  Any suggestions. The second map is upstairs.

If the robot is moved back to the base station or the mapping process is interrupted during map creation, the map will not be saved or updated. In this case, you can go to "Multi-floor Map" and manually save the map.

Having the same problem as above.  My dock is on the Main Floor. I used Multi Floor mapping and it cleaned and mapped the area on an upstairs level. Mova z60 went back to the area it started mapping but did not request to be docked. It then proceeded to go around the room, I guess looking for the dock.

In your answer to Gerryp you mentioned using Multi-floor Map and manually saving the map. I don't see that as an option, where do I find that...
