This model features a dual-port dust collection design with blowing and suction for double protection to avoid dust residue in the dust bin. With a large-diameter dual air duct, it achieves stronger suction while reducing noise, and supports fast dust collection within 10 seconds for efficient cleaning.
Please carry out the following checks:
Check whether tangled hair or foreign objects are stuck inside the main brush compartment.
If you use the hair-cutting roller brush, it will make slightly more noise than ordinary silicone brushes due to its built-in automatic hair cutting structure, which is normal.
Regarding the lighting issue: If Do Not Disturb mode is activated, the robot lights will turn off after 30 seconds of operation, and the base station lights will also switch off simultaneously. You can go to App【Robot Management — Fill Light】to confirm whether the fill light function is enabled.
The robot is equipped with LDS laser sensor and line laser sensor, which can work normally regardless of ambient light. However, the recognition performance of the AI vision sensor may decrease under insufficient lighting.
