Will not dock or charge.

I push the home button to get it to dock and it states it is “ready” and then just goes in circles for minutes. Then states there is something obstructing. I moved it to a more wide open  area and that did not work. I can’t even get it to charge to map out my desired area. So frustrating. For the price I would expect it to work.  I have a video and it wasn’t “supported” when I tried to upload.

If you confirm that the surrounding area of the base station is open, free of obstacles and the base is powered on, please place the robot 1 meter in front of the base and press the recall button on the base to test returning to charge.
If the robot fails to return to the base, please restart it first. If the problem remains, try resetting the system.
