Side brush

I had to remove the side brush. It keeps coming off. I tightened it but after it’s cleaning it comes off. Any tips?

Could the screw be stripped? The entire brush comes off or just a part of it? Seems like maybe the internal screw well or the small screw that attaches the brush is stripped. Do you have an extra to try with?

Hello, please first check whether the screw or threaded hole is stripped, and confirm if the entire side brush falls off or only the rubber strip detaches.
When the robot crosses carpets, door sills or small steps, attachments may get stuck and fall off. We recommend setting mopping forbidden zones to prevent the robot from entering these areas with the mop pad. Also, tidy up cables and other debris on the floor before cleaning to avoid tangling and accidental detachment.
