So far so great, but...

Hey guys,  I've had my Mobius 60 for a little over a month and I love this thing!  The app was a bit clunky and hard to navigate (and I'm an Electrical Engineer), but i get it now, and I got this thing humming on all cylinders!  I just have 2 small concerns:
1. The AI smart Clean doesn't do a good job of recognizing a spill, giving extra attention to the area while mopping (as advertised).
2. I can't find any replacement parts ANYWHERE!  not on your website,  not on Amazon,  NOWHERE!  This is concerning because I run the vacuum 6 days a week,  and the brushes are going to wear down.  
If you can solve Number 2 for me,  this will be the perfect vacuum for me (i can find replacement parts for your partner company's vacuum that obviously doesn't fit yours).
Please help!

Regarding the two issues you mentioned:

1. For the AI stain detection not working as expected, you can try enabling the “Stain Recognition” feature by going to: Settings → Floor Cleaning Settings → Stain Recognition (Laboratory Function). Once activated, the device should better identify and focus on stained areas during mopping.

2. As for the difficulty finding replacement parts, if the accessories are currently out of stock on the official website, we recommend contacting our after-sales service team to place an order for original parts.
